What We Should Do
- Stay home as much as possible, especially if you feel unwell.
- Practice social distancing when you go out to buy necessities.
- Properly wash hands for at least 20 seconds before and after touching a surface.
- When soap and water are not readily available, disinfect your hands with alcohol or hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol content or more.
- Cough or sneeze using bent elbows or tissues. Dispose of used tissues properly right away.
- Boost your immune system by consuming healthy foods and drinks.
- Refrain from activities that weaken the lungs, such as smoking and too much liquor consumption.
- Avoid touching your face with unwashed/unsanitized hands.
